MAB, I'm interested!!! I could get them from you at the next meeting..... We could grow them out in my classroom, under lights, at school.

Ghaz, where did you take those pics? Are they your orchids?

You will really like that lens. You can get away with a bit more when its handheld.

Yep - as if I didnt' have enough going on - I got into Orchids a couple
of years ago.

I have tele-converters, extension tubes, reversing ring, bellows......somewhere in there you can get 2:1 probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 11:1 with the right lens and a mathematics degree.

With bellows its possible to get even higher - 20:1 - but you loose all
auto functionality and you're taking pictures in the dark so to say.
