I'm not sure how a dremel would work. You want each side of the frame to lift off whole. If it breaks into small pieces that are stuck with silicone it is more difficult to pull them off.

I don't know about leaving the gravel in the tank, but I would guess that it would be ok.

I vote for getting a new 75, and then "replacing" your 29 with Aaron's 50. :mrgreen:

I vote for repairing the 55, get a new 75 and Aaron's 50.
Have you thought about reef tanks? :twisted:

If a 75 would fit that stand that I have then that would be an easy yes! And I didnt have a wedding in 8 months! So for now its figure out a way to repair the 55. Got and email from all-glass and I need to send them a photo of the other side. So hopefully they will resolve the issue.
