You are way overdosing excel. You should only be adding 2-3 ml and that is still overdosing. Yes, you can add Reg. Flourish daily. 1 ml / 10 gallon of water per day is my rule of thumb. That rule takes into account strong light and CO2 addition.

You will want to start adding nitrogen and phosphorus too as you will find the plants use them up and start stunting when they are gone.

Excuss me, I am not using 10 ml I am using 1ml a day. gave you bad info

Yes, okay that makes more sense. :) You must be following the label's instructions then. I have found Seachem's products to have good instructions so you usually can't go too wrong that way.
