Hey GWAPIANS.
I'll be hosting the February meeting. I think the puppy will not be here, so most of you should be reasonably safe from being eaten by the puppy.
Jen will be doing a live demonstration on "How to Aquascape a 850-Gallon Aquarium Using A Snorkel." I'll provide the 850-gallon aquarium. GWAPA will provide all aquascaping materials. Probably.
I will cook up a gigantic pot of chili and a medium sized pot of vegan chili, and possibly one other style -- any requests? I promise not to burn it this time. Probably. I'll have some rice, cheese, sour creme, onions, tortilla chips, and cornbread -- please bring anything else, and give me an idea of how many people will be coming so I know how much chili to make. But, who are we kidding -- I'm still going to make a ridiculous amount of it because I only know how to make ridiculous amounts of food.
Please feel free to bring some extra chairs as I don't have a whole lot of sitting room.
And, on a more serious note, I have developed a severe suspected allergy to, of all stupid things, chicken, and got to spend the other night in the ER after going into anaphylaxis... Waiting on some tests to confirm this, but won't likely have results until after GWAPA. (Hoping it's not because that would seriously suck, but at least it would tell me [what] it is). Please do not bring anything containing chicken -- eggs, apparently, are okay, though.

Re: February Meeting
I'll bring chicken soup. It fixes all ailments, I've heard.
Also snorkeling gear, apparently.

It is not murder if you're killing snails.

If I can make it (depends on Isaac's basketball game), I'll bring cory cats, orange neos, and green neos. I'll also bring food but not sure what.

Becca, do you still have some of the Nego Dagua tetras? I might need more.
