As I develop my knowledge in plant growth I realized that I dont know what plants I have and what other plants look like. I was hoping someone could suggest a good website or book with photos of the plants with their names.

Good ID books are hard to come by. Aquarium Plants by Cristel Kassellman is a good one to start with. Lots of technical info if you like that sort of thing.

Planted Aquariums (PA) is a much abreviated version of Aquarium Plants (AP). PA is very good for beginners giving you solid guidance in the basics. Whereas, AP is comprehensive.
CAUTION: Make sure if you are buying used over the internet that you are buying the english translation of the AP book.
