I'm afraid I have to beg off as I'll be orchidizing at Longwood Gardens this weekend.

Chris Todd- you really need to come to this sometime although your wallet will curse me for it.
Cheers.

macrandra 'green' may actually be hard to find. I haven't seen it for sale in a long time.

why do you think I'm missing the GWAPA meeting? We're ditching the kids with the grandparents and planning on spending the whole day Saturday there.DelawareJim wrote:I'm afraid I have to beg off as I'll be orchidizing at Longwood Gardens this weekend.

Re: March Meeting - who's bringing what
My dear fish friends...it is looking like I will have to miss this meeting. I am in the middle of trying to transfer departments at work which requires multiple interviews...and of all days the corporate folks are coming Saturday. Ahh, the joys of retail. I am still trying to figure out if I can schedule creatively so I can at least sneak out for awhile to hit the meeting but it is not looking likely at this point.
I leave you in capable hands...and will miss seeing you all!!!

I'm bringing myself and two hooligans, which these days is an accomplishment.

Re: March Meeting - who's bringing what
Darn. I wish I still had it. I think I got rid of it in a flurry of decluttering (what would the tank equivalent of that be? decollectoritising? uh, never mind).Aaron wrote:macrandra 'green' may actually be hard to find. I haven't seen it for sale in a long time.
My attendance at the meeting depends upon the weather. If there are thunderstorms, then the girls' lacrosse will be cancelled. If it's just rain, they night not be. Sometimes they don't call it until the last minute.
In the event I cannot make it, is someone willing to take notes for me?
Re: March Meeting - who's bringing what
I still have it, but it's got some spyrogina (or some form of thread algae) in that tank. I'll be sure not to get rid of it.Aaron wrote:macrandra 'green' may actually be hard to find. I haven't seen it for sale in a long time.

Be sure not to get rid of what --the algae or the R. macrandra 'green' ?krisw wrote: I still have it, but it's got some spyrogina (or some form of thread algae) in that tank. I'll be sure not to get rid of it.
Re: March Meeting - who's bringing what
Clearly the algae! That way, if you want it from me, you have to weigh the algae verses the desire for the plant. LOL!Judi wrote:Be sure not to get rid of what --the algae or the R. macrandra 'green' ?krisw wrote: I still have it, but it's got some spyrogina (or some form of thread algae) in that tank.
