Hydra?

Post by Cristy Keister »

Eeek! :o I have hydra in my tank! They must have come from the nerite snails. I thought they were only supposed to spread in brackish to marine conditions. Anybody know how to get rid of them?

I'm lazy. I buy one or more young three-spot gouramis and give them back when the tank is cleared.

Thanks for the info, guys! I'll give the peroxide a try. Now I'm seeing the hydra all over the glass. They spread very quickly! Wouldn't ya know that the Angels decide to lay eggs today. great timing.
