I'm still not certain if I'm going. But if I do, anyone I can pool with? I'm in Silver Spring.

Thanks Jen. Unfortunately, it has more to do with the length of the trip and how long I'd be out for. My mom is out of town and has entrusted me to take care of her ultra high maintenance chihuahua who is in the middle of being housetrained. So trip=poop and pee everywhere :(

Unless I find someone to do it for me....

If not, please, anyone, bring a video camera. I really want to see the hardscape workshop. And rachel's place....
Bring the dog!

dogs are welcome at my house (if on a leash and kid friendly, my yard is not fenced and is 2 acres)

Doh! Why didn't I think of that. Do you think they'll let pets into the stores? We just had her adopted in the beginning of the summer and she is still super skiddish around people (I think she was improperly socialized as a puppy) so I'm hoping there won't be any accidents in the car or stores.

If that's the case I think I'll try to make it. If anyone is closest to Annandale or Fairfax VA let me know and I'll hope into the carpool. If not, I'll just hitch a ride with Jen (Jen pm me with the time you'll be leaving saturday and your address and cell number)

I think we're leaving here from Reston/Herndon about 9am, since it takes about 1.75 hours to get up there, plus set up time, and dropping somewhere for breakfast. Meeting is starting at noon.

dogs are allowed in that pet place, for sure. They even have a big field to walk them next to it with dog doo bags and a snack bar for dogs.

It was fun and long, I got home at 10:20 pm and I'm sorry if a Blue Chevy P/U passed you going 80 mph, but I needed to feed the dog, thanks for a great time.
Sincerely,
Tim
