Not there yet but improving. I put a UV sterilizer on the tank. Bulb is too old but still working. I will be replacing the two 96W lights with new 6700Ks this weekend. Once it looks marginally OK, I'll take pics.
As a coincidence, one of my tanks is clouding up, and so trying my solution with the plants. and backing off of the frozen food in favor of flake food for the duration of the treatment..till the water clears.
