Where do you live Cavan? I live in Reston, so I have to go up and around the Beltway. I might be able to swing by if it's on my way.

A number of people commented favorably on the red pepper dip Amy made. She got the recipe on the New York Times:

The recipe called for a jalapeno or other hot pepper, which we omitted. Otherwise, that was exactly according to the recipe.
