Here is the link to the Washington Post article Sean mentioned the other day. This link is also posted on our homepage.

Unfortunately, the web version doesn't have the picture of the tank. If you look in the weekend section, it's there, however. Sean, do you have any pictures of this tank yourself? If so, let's put them up for folks to see.
