Re-doing my lighting; advice please

It's a 58 cube (24"X24"X24"). My two options are 192w=3.3wpg or 167w=2.88wpg. I'm using 2 of these for C02 http://www.thatpetplace.com/Products/KW ... mdy00.aspx
I do have some light-demanding plants I just put in there.

I'm hoping to come to the meeting. I just installed two 96watt quad PC's over the tank last night and started the C02.
