Babies, Suggestions in cleaning?

Post by ddavila06 »

hi all, i discovered some babies the other day in my mom's 75 and is getting dirty very quick. Same thing happened to us the last time i had baby kribs, they made it so dirty that it started to grow a whiteish fungus stuff... :? suggestions on safely cleaning the tank? taking them out is not an option at this time, they are about week and a half old and they have lots of space to hide....thanks!!

Put panty hose over the tube end, works for shrimp, should work for fry too.

good idea, done that though after i accidentally sucked in a swordtail and i thought it was fine in the bucket...i was wrong, it took it from the middle and broke it in half  quick death at least...

now what i do have is some sort of brownish algea like thing sticking to everything, the only time i had that before is when i had baby cribs... today i graved a 2.5 with water and made it fall kind of hard to that area. that shooked all the loose dirt out of there at least...
