28G planted

This is a pic I snapped using cell, but its a 28G, and of course planted. Filter is Eheim 2028, Lighting Catalina 24 x 4, substrate Seachem Red. Currently DIY CO@/ reacor is reacor 500 w/ rio 50 pump.
Fish is neon tetra x 10, dwarf gourami x 2 & 1 Electric Blue Jack Dempsey. More to follow

that anubia is looking pretty good, i really like anubias :mrgreen: looks nice overall, now it needs to start filling up right? how long ago did you set it up? what is that plant next to the castle to the left with broad green leaves?

Thanks. It's been set up around 2 months. The plant you're referring too is a tiger lotus. I got it as a bulb about 1 month ago. This tank is extremely low maintenance. I just added the CO2 reactor to the DIY CO2 set, and sarted dosing maybe 1 week ago..

Good start!

Anubias rhizome is up out of the substrate, right? Can't quite tell from the pics.

Yes it is. It grows quite rapidly for me, contrary to what I've read others have experienced. In one of my other tanks it spreading quite quickly.

Looks nice, Rico. It'll look even better once the plants has filled in some of the empty spaces, but this looks like a great start. If you put compressed CO2 on here, I'm guessing the growth rate will increase quite a bit. Please post updated pictures as you take them. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. I'll keep posting. The Tiger Lotus observed to the left of the castle has literally doubled in size. Iwas not expecting this. So, that little castle is almost obsured by this plant. I'll post pics again.
