Looks like there's a new substrate on the market in Europe from the great aquascaper Oliver Knott. I just happened to stumble upon it.

Has anyone heard anything about this? Looks super expensive with the Euro->Dollar conversion. Seems pretty similar to Aquasoil to me.

4-5 mm for "normal size"; it definately has a larger particle size than Aquasoil.
It would be interesting to set up an Aquasoil tank and a Naturesoil tank with the same plants and lighting and compare products.
I also noticed he does NOT have a line of dosing products and the use instructions recommend a 15 % water change every 3 days after set up for the first month. It must have awefully high fertility levels.
Using pelletized fertilizer as a substrate! What a concept!
Cheers.
