1. 55 gallons . 4x65 PC . soil substrate
2. 55 gallons . 4x65 PC . soil substrate ( Rarely some CO2 in it )
3. 2.5 nano - I fertilize some flourish from time to time ( yeast CO2 )
4. 20 gal - some custom made incandescent with PC bulbs light .

They are very low maintenance. I do only infrequent small (15%) water changes

What are you doing do to make your Ludwigia repens grow so well? I can't seem to achieve that nice dense grouping effect like you have. Any tips?

Trim ?

I started to experiment trimming stem plants. The nano worked out best so far ( I have 3 types of rotala in there ).

Luwigia is a little different than the fast growing rotala , it branches out more chaotically. Try cut and replant to make it look denser.
