New Logo, Website, and Store

Post by krisw »

The board is pleased to announced that GWAPA has a brand new logo. Our old logo had grown outdated, and we never possessed the original files to modify it. Francine has done a fantastic job creating GWAPA's new logo.

In addition, the GWAPA website has received a face-lift to reflect the new design. In addition to simple look and feel changes, we've upgraded the site so that you should be able to find things easier. All of the old content has been revamped, added into the new website, and made searchable. The forum and gallery will stay the same for the time being, but we hope to upgrade both of those sometime in the future.

Finally, GWAPA has opened a CafePress store to allow members to order T-Shirts, polos, and other GWAPA swag, sporting the new logo.

A lot of hard work went into all of these changes. We hope that this effort will help further the mission of the club, and add a little bit more value to your club membership. Feel free to PM any board member if you have any comments regarding these changes.

Sweet! I like the featured tanks. Only suggestion I'd make is to enlarge the pic a bit so the caption doesn't obscure half the tank. Otherwise looks great!

Cheers.

Thanks guys! Jim, you can click on the featured tank to view the full image. Alternatively, you can go back through all of the featured tanks using the Featured Tanks link on the homepage. I'll look into shortening the caption tho.

Cool! Thanks. Didn't have a lot of time to play with it last night.

No problem. I did reduce the caption size per your suggestion. Thanks!
