Collecting trip
Some photos from the collecting trip on Saturday. What a fun and educational trip! Found some cool fish and some funky looking stuff as well. I dont think we could of asked for a more beautiful day.
Cavan puts some hydrilla on his head as a hat, he really LOVES plants!
What did we get??
Lots for crays
This guy could have been dinner!
A bass
Bluegill
Killie
An alligator swam in to see what was going on, attempted to eat Ghazanfar but he wrestled it and skinned it! He plans on making a nice pair of boots out of it.
Lobelia cardinals is a beautiful bloom, this is the regular variety
More photos on my site if you are interested, link in my sig.

Thanks for posting those, Kris. The bluespot in your photo is more turquoise than the bluespots I've seen from other locations. The interesting thing about sunnies is that there are subtle differences in color among the different populations.

You never know what you're going to find, or where you're going to find it. So keep looking.
