Yup, good meeting, informative presentation from Ghazanfar, excellent mangos, too. ;)

And I found homes for the leftover Crinums!

Actually that works out fine considering the previous postings on the forum.
Like this one from March of last year...

None of this lame, anonymous, long distance, Internet flaming business about "try using Search, yah newbie." Nah, we want 'em runnin' home skered but good by yer ugly mugs. That way, the ones that stick are worth keeping.

While it might not scare away newbies, that picture of me gesticulating wildly certainly obliterates any "coolness" factor GWAPA may have had.

But take heart, fellow plant nerds, GWAPA is still far less sweaty and pasty than any wargames club meeting...

HAHAHA!! I'm behind a pole!! Nobody can prove I was there.....

A little late, but not any less heartfelt...THANK YOU GHAZANFAR! There are hardly words to describe the works of art in your basement. Truly inspiring. And just as much the second time as the first!

And to everyone else, thanks for being such an incredible resource and wonderful group of people. I am so happy to have been introduced to you all!! (everyone can blame Rob for that...BTW). Of all the clubs/groups I'm involved in this is by far the one I look most forward to every month.

Well, except during race season. Then all bets are off. Sorry folks, but nothing in the fish world does it quite the same for me as the smell of molested rubber and race gas on an ungodly early morning in ridiculous summer temperatures.
