Green Male Cory Acting Strangely.

All week long, I noticed him laying around upside down, I'm thinking maybe he's on the way out. I reach down in the tank with these tongs and nudge him and he moves away. He has been doing this all week, laying on his back. I don't see anything physically different about him.

The female layed eggs all over the place earlier in the week. She seems to be fine. In the past when she layed her eggs they were eaten pretty quickly, this time they're still there, several days later.

how old is the cory?

Maybe a year, year and a half tops.

I thought they lived longer then that but he may be an old man, or maybe he is trying to get a tan on his belly?

Guess I'll keep observing him. Everyone else in the tank seem fine.

He lays on the plants, like he's in a hammock.

The hammock thing is normal behavior from cories, dart around and rummage like mad then crash on some leaves! AWWWW the life!
