I need the help of the fish whisperer
I have been unable to catch and remove the juvenille cherry barbs that occupy my planted 20T. They run for cover, and I can't net them.

Could work but it would have to be first sweep......after that the bloodworms would end up all over the tank and they would be fat and happy hiding in your plants

The work will wait while you show a child a rainbow,
but the rainbow wont wait while you do the work

You need to make a fish trap.
Cut the top off of a soda bottle just below where the bottle stops curving and becomes straight. A 20 oz. should do.
Now invert the top and wedge it into the bottom of the bottle. Tap it in place if necessary.
Drill a few small holes in the sides of the bottle.
Drop some food in the bottom of the bottle.
Lay the bottle on its side on the bottom of the tank.
Fish swim in for food, but can't figure out how to get out.

the holes need to be there to allow it to sink ....need to be small enough so that the fish cant get at the food from the outside either or it makes swimming inside unnecessary for the fish
