nerites in the 180?

Post by ingg »

Yes or no?

Cannot decide if the eggs are worth the algae control, but am leaning yes and driving home with 6 in a bag right now.

Drop them in or no? What would you all do?

I say Yes. They'll lay lots of eggs at first, but then will dramatically slow or even stop laying them.

I vote yes. 6 will hardly make a dent in the 180 anyhow. Are these the bumbe bee horn nerites from AD?

Sorry for the double post.

No, olives. Chickened out on spending 30 bucks on half a dozen snails versus 5 bucks, hehe.

Will probably end up getting a couple of the horned ones eventually.

Aquarium Depot, 5.99 each, but they are incredible. They are that picture I posted over on Fishgeek, the clithons.
