T5 fixture fan noise?

To those who have tried 48"+ T5HO fixtures with fans -- How is the noise?

I have a NovaExtreme 2x54w with a fan that is very noisy. I'm not happy with it for only that reason.

I only have the 36" versions, no fans on them.
