Just thought I would post this until I have some good pictures of my own since I had a few questions about this fish.
This is almost exactly what my males look like. Lori got a good video clip of the pair interacting that I am going to work with Kris to get loaded when I get home.
Thanks
Rob

I was totally admiring these fish when they were in the store. I knew someone from gwapa would grab them! They are beautiful, but the males seemed a little aggressive toward the females. They would probably do better as a harem, or perhaps they need dither fishes. They're from West Africa - like kribs - and are good for a planted tank.

According to the attached write up they are better in a harem as it spreads the males attention around. They havent seemed to do anything to the plants and actually were using the anubias as a domain in the community tank that I placed one of the two pairs in. I wouldnt recommend dither fish in a smaller tank unless they are the sort you dont mind seeing shredded. In the larger tank there didnt seem to be as much of a problem but I removed all the other fish from the 20 gallon I have one pair in. Heavy moss seems to have helped tremendously in allowing the female to keep her space from the male.
Thanks
