Hello, GWAPAns. We've planned a (fish) collecting trip to the Rivanna river on Saturday, April 30th, at 10:30 a.m. the location is just off Milton Road. If you're interested, let me know, either with a PM or on FB, and I'll send you a link to the site on Google Maps.
Regarding plant collection, I don't have any information, other than that there are plants at the site, both terrestrial and aquatic.

Roanoke darters, rosefin shiners, (occasional) bluespotted sunfish, madtom catfish. Other kinds of darters and cyprinids, too.
