Hey there....
A friend of mine had some of this "moss" in one of her shrimp tanks..
It is mixed in with some christmas moss and java moss...
It is a little darker than normal java moss, and more 'wirey' in that it is more brittle feeling compared to a 'fluffy' moss....
I am sure someone knows what this is...

Looks more like a stunted form of some kind of stem plant to me rather than a moss. Not sure what stem plant it might be though looking at the two photos.
