Fabulous! I found myself saying "shut-up" when reading the judges comments and agreed with the "overly contrived" comments of some. Interesting for a nooby to read some of the specs.

I don't usually agree with whatever tanks place #1, but the #1 tank in the 320 liter + category is just awesome. I could watch a tank like that all day long.

I thought it was great too. Quite the optical illusion. However, I feel vertigo if look at it too long.

My sons would like the one that looks like it has red lava flowing out of the volcano. ;)

I'm with you. I am not a fan much of the best of show. I think it is too dark. I strain to see what is in it. I think maybe a sun down effect is what they were going for but still should be able to see the plants. I really like the one you like and another in a different category.

Seems like in Florida Baliban and Ghazanfar suggested (during a late night BS session) that the contest be changed to categories of style and not categories of volume. I think that is more appropriate this year than ever. In the beginning we had Dutch or American which was kind of just a random over planted tank with the ubiquitous Amazon sword. Then quickly we gained Nature style and the American style chaged to be more of a cross between Nature and Dutch. Now there are landscape like tanks too which have been called Taiwanese style. Just my opinion.
