You're a gardner dude. You're intuitive nature is where it's at. Years of experience, how can you beat it?
I'd expect more then a few sports drinks have come and gone in that time.

CO2 regulators - not intuitive (more isn't always better). At some point, opening a valve isn't the answer. Improving the CO2, looking for optimal conditions, flow, lighting, gardening practices - two energy drinks later and I'm hungry.

At some point, it's time to stop increasing the CO2 dose and look for any additional, "optimal situations" we can create.
I think I'm at that point.

I have no idea what my CO2 level is in my tank. And I don't care. The plants grow well, the fishes are happy, what more can I want? But, Ic an understand why you might want to know.
I don't understand the energy drink reference, Aaron bought me beer to get me to talk about the soil substrate that works better.

I am researching CO2 toxicity for aquatic animals. It's not what we think it is. Most of the problems are associated with the drop in pH and other contaminants, not the CO2 itself. I'll have better information in a couple weeks. Maybe a sit down side session for those interested, rather than a meeting talk where people get to imitate my narcolepsy.

Except that I am immune to energy drinks.
