geez, is it that close to start thinking of holiday plans already ?

One of our goals as board members this year is to be on top of when and where the meetings are going to be far ahead of schedule. It's always much nicer to not be scrambling to find someone to host a meeting last minute and the holidays always do seem to creep up fast.

I'm agreed that we should consider the 3rd Saturdays for the November and December meetings.

Ghazanfar - whichever month you want is fine with me.

David - just let us know when you know for sure please.
