co2 difuser
Re: co2 difuser
The best would probably be an in-line diffuser, either in your filter loop, or if you're planning a water movement loop since it's a slightly larger tank, that would be even better.
Commercially, look for atomizer diffusers that attach in-line or replace the filter intake strainer. Or, look at building one of these:

Re: co2 difuser
I use an Carbon Doser EXT5000 from Aquarium Plants.com, it works great with a flow of 150 to 300 gph but above that you may have problems. I use one with a Ehiem 2217 on a 150 gallon tank and it's very efficient with a 10# tank lasting 90 days.
I'm using this Rex Grigg reactor on a 10 gallon but I've added a heater, I'm still working out the build process as the prototype leaked but I made a couple of mistakes in trying to get it done faster, it should work well after I gather the parts and try again. http://www.gwapa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5205, but a Rex Grigg reactor should do the trick on a larger tank and work much better than any diffuser.
