I've been using Greg Watsons CSM with very satisfactory results.
I have also gotten his iron formula stuff, but have yet to use it. I don't know how to mix it. It says:
Mix 3.53 ounces to make 1 litre
So, having been a former chef, I am familiar with mixing ingredients, but stymied by 3.53 ounces. So if 2Tbl equals once ounce, that would be 7 tablespoons for a litre, which is maybe a quart or a little less.
And then add about 1ml for about ten gallons, vary according to tank requirements. Yes?
Interesting stuff.

I was watching a cooking show this weekend, LOL; and that said a dry measure of one cup of flour would use a 'one-cup' measuring cup.
And a wet measure of one cup of water, would use a 'pyrex' measuring cup and fill with 8 ounces.
First time I heard that.
But who knows. I don't have a scale to measure 3.5 ounces.
