Thanks so much for coming...!

Hi all--

Thanks to all of you for coming to the big city, braving the parking, and visiting the house. My wife--previously skeptical of such a 'fishy' gathering--was utterly charmed with all of you. "What a nice group" she said. (And "Just as nerdy as you" she thought.) Plus my kids had a great time with the others who showed up--thanks Nick and Julie.

I was sorry I decided not to come at the last minute but I really wanted to see your tanks and you LED fixture, plus I have always loved the houses in that section of town so that would have been a treat also.
Sincerely,
Tim

My wife felt the same way after we first hosted.

Same with Richard. And then he said, "So that's what you guys do at your meetings??? Nerd alert!"

Hey! Any of you who took some nice pictures at the Amazonia, can you please forward /chipping send them to me? I'd like to compile them together and print out some of the nicest ones and give them to Ed as a thank you gift for giving us our tour. I'd like to do this asap and personally drop it off to him.

Thanks,
Arlene

Arlene, I'd be happy to share my pictures for this purpose. I still haven't processed them, however. I'll let you know when I've done so, uploaded to Flickr, and you can pick the ones you want to use...

Like a dummy I left my memory card at home. It is difficult to use my fancy new camera without a memory card.
