What gets precipitated with evaporation?

I should have been paying more attention in my high school science classes, but I'm wondering what kinds of things get precipitated out of the water with evaporation? Anything?

Concentrations become greater untill the compound reaches the level it can no longer stay in solution. Eventually you are left with a dry crust of all compounds found in the water as all the H2O has evaporated
