Okay, id: HC, HM, or glosso?

These are the stems themselves with a penny for reference. Also a picture of what is in my tank--which MAY or MAY NOT be the same thing. They came from two different sources.

Definitely not glosso. Glosso normally has single leaves coming off of each runner: no stems to speak of. Submersed HM has longer more narrow leaves, but yours could be emersed growth.

Edit: Your 3rd pic looks more like glosso to me.

The stems on the paper towel are absolutely positively submersed growth.

As the supplier of said plant, it was definitely labelled glosso when I bought it at a local aquarium store. I wonder how often this stuff actually gets mislabeled.

I lean toward Hemianthus callitrichoides, but it's hard to tell from the photo. How many leaves per node? Bring some to the meeting.

3rd photo does look like Glossostgma elatinoides.

For the record, "Hemianthus micranthemoides" is NOT Hemianthus micranthemoides. It has not been seen in 70 years as of today! See here:

In the new pictures the top two look like HC and the bottom looks like glosso in bad shape.
