I am far from an expert but that looks like Cryptocoryne Willisi "lucens". I have occasionally seen it at super petz.

lucens goes vertical in lower light, and gets taller and thinner in higher light - at least for me. That looks like parva to me damian. Who knows for sure without flowering it, but only parva looks like that, laying on the substrate, for me.
That said, Nurii is *tiny* for me, too, so it may just be an effect of mineralized soil and no ferts...

From my experience, most Crypts. will colour up and lay flat under high light but it is difficult to get the necessary light intensities in deeper tanks as intensity drops almost exponentially with depth.
Ghazanfar and I have 30 inch deep tanks. His Crypts grow flat with short petioles under 2 250 W metal halides. Mine grow vertically with longer petioles under 2 175 W metal halides.

i tried growing it submersed but when i went to argentina nobody water them so they dried and never came back....here is a closer pic.
did not mean to steer off the comversation but i thought Jim was looking for suggestions. i do however feel like setting two out in that jar again now that im not going anywhere =)
