Are the Heated Eheims worth their $$ .. im getting sick of looking at my heater in the tank

There is a company that makes inline heaters called Hydor. You might use one of those instead of buying a whole new filter. Do a google for "hydor" and you should find it.

Aaron's way is cheaper. That being said, I love my heated eheim! It is the best filter that I have ever owned...period.
