Hey guys. I seem to have a little bit of a problem with BBA that all of a sudden popped up in my 40BR. Most of it appears to be on the tops of my plants. I plan on trimming the plants today anyway, but I thought I could save some of the trimmings to replant back into the tank to fill in some plants that I'm taking out ie H. corymbosa "Augustafolia". Can I save these by dipping them briefly in diluted bleach or peroxide? If so, what are ratios? Or should I just throw them away?

I use a 20:1 solution of water to bleach for about 1 to 2 minutes for plants like java fern or anubias, and usually try to keep
the roots and rhizome out of the bleach solution. It will kill the BBA turning it from black to a light grey color.
I expect more delicate plants would not tolerate the bleach as well.
