20lb CO2 refill

I have a 20lb tank I need filled, problem is its in need of a hydro as well. Ive never had a tank that needs tested but I believe its about 30 plus the refill. Anywhere local, Ie Carroll, Howard county that will swap rather then having it sent out for the hydro test? I normally go to Laurel bottled gas but was wondering if there is a local place that swaps instead of fills.

Its a Robert's Oxygen tank, so I will probably have to take it here?

Robert's Oxygen in Laurel told me that they would always swap tanks and I would not have to pay for the hydro test if I always filled it with them.

Also, a hydro test with Laurel Bottled Gas is $15 for a 5lb canister. Is it more for bigger tanks? I don't know.

Cristy is right, if it is a Roberts bottle you just switch it out with them.

Robert's Oxygen is great. I go to the one in Merrifield. The only problem is they close at 5pm and are not open on Saturday.

Roberts swapped it no problem, 20lb tank out of hydro for 24.00

There are Roberts all over the place, find the one closest to you, the all work the same. Pretty sure it has to have their sticker on it for them to take it back though.

Airgas will swap tanks as well.
