all right!!! my usteriana is constantly flowering in my moms 75, even multiple flower spather come out almost at once, but the other day one flower broke the surface and opened!!!! :shock: 8) :D :shock: i was sooooo happy, dang it i wish i had my stupid camera functional...damn u best buy and 2-3 weeks wait period...
i got this from Aaron a while back, does anyone else had this happen?

Yup, I flowered it in the 180g

Mine flowered all year round. The usteriana x walkeri hybrid I had flowered constantly too.

Wow, Damian, that's really cool. Congrats!

My crypts hate me.... :cry: None of them, emersed or submersed, have ever flowered for me. I have both of those plants, and while they're growing and throwing off runners, I've never seen them throw up a spathe. I even have the usteriana x walkeri in my 90g that used to be Aaron's 75g. No love, no love at all.

Patience young grasshopper! They will bloom in their own time. 蜢

Mine took about a year until the substrate was conditioned and their growth sufficient for them to bloom.

Yeah, establishment is the key. Once they've been in there for several months they'll take off then.
