Aq. plant grooming tools recommendation

Post by shireen »

Hi y'all,

i hope this is the right place to post the following ....

i really like the 11" Kelly curved tip scissors from AZGardens, for $14.99
http://www.azgardens.com/p-186-tool-sci ... sharp.aspx

But they were too slow getting it shipped out, so i cancelled my order and went hunting for another source. No luck. Until i found a source on Ebay who was selling the same scissors by the same manufacturer on Ebay. They were part of a kit, and i didn't want the weird spatula that came with the kit so i emailed him to ask if he could sell just the scissors. The seller said sure, they cost $7/pair. That's half the price of the AZGardens price.

The seller ships quickly and the customer service was excellent. I was so pleased that i decided to order more -- for a dozen, he discounted the price to $6/pair. And it arrived within 2 days of the order.

When i find good sellers, i want others to know about them. I like this seller and recommend him. GWAPA could even do a bulk purchase and get some discounts. Here's the website:

Ebay store (has some kits available): http://stores.ebay.com/beautytoolsdirect

cheers,

Good idea!

Would there be interest in a bulk order of individual pieces or kits folks?

I'm noticing there are several 24" tools here too, scissors and tweezers both, for those of us with deeper tanks...

I think it's a good idea. I've been trying to assemble a nice kit for a while.

I'm interested. I could use a pair good cheap scissors.
