I had my 5lb filled for $22.00 at GTS Gas (410/796-8845). That's steep, but they quoted a 20lb for 120+ tax, and to refill it was $23.00, same as the 5lb.

Sorry for the late reply...
I exchange my tanks at Roberts Welding Supply In Greensboro, NC. Just so happens that it is about a half mile from my work. 8)

[edit] DOH! Roberts Oxygen is the correct name of the place I get mine at. Being as they sell a full line of welding supplies, I had the other name in my head... Thanks Donkeyfish!

Hey Brian... if you're in NoVA the best refill prices I've found are at Robert's Oxygen. I go to the one in Sterling/Dulles, but there are others in the area. I don't know what a 5# fill would be, but my 10# is less than what you're paying for yours at BBB. A backup is the paintball shop on Rte. 50 in Chantilly, just past 28 if you're heading west. I think I paid $17 last time for my 10#...

Cheers!

Do you know if they (both shop) refill or exchange tanks?

Thanks!

The Roberts Oxygen that I go to, exchange the small tanks, and re-fill the big ones. I 'think' the cut-off is over 20#. I do know they simply exchange the 5 & 10 pounders though, so you would never need to worry about the tank inspections.
