That's likely your problem. If you're dosing NPK, you should also be dosing Iron and Traces. Holes in leaves and yellow/stunted growth are common signs of deficiencies in these elements.

update: this is really killing me, little at the time :| Every-Single-Anubia in my 125 has some sort of damage cause in similar ways, black holes in the leaves...i started dosing like what, two months ago. and about 3 weeks ago i got the iron as well. some of these anubias are attached to wood, some half wood half substrate kind of thing and 2 or 3 in the substrate with most of the rizome out of it...what kind of curse is doing this to me  never, ever ever ever had issues with anubias...i just got my catalina light but before that i always had low light. i used to dose iron and stopped when i ran out, now im back on it. i have a few anubias in the 75 and they have no issues, i had one in the 10 gallon that i passed to this one when i took it down and that one is completely beat upp now..... :?: SOS, save the anubias...

my best guess is potasium def. which i have been doing for over a month, can it be that some plants are absorving massibe amounts of some nutrients?

http://www.csd.net/~cgadd/aqua/art_plant_nutrient.htm i saved that chart a while back for reference.

Can you tell us exactly what you are dosing, as well as, how much of each, and how often? Are the NPK dry chemicals, Seachem, or other liquid chemicals? Also, are you dosing traces and iron now?

Thanks, and how often do you dose that? All of it, everyday? Also, do you have CO2 on that tank?
