Looks like Cryptocoryne wendtii to me. It probably won't get too much bigger than it is now. In lower light they get a bit bigger, in higher light a bit smaller. Hope that helps.

Crypt Wentii? no way! that thing is like Twenty something inches long! here is another picture hopefully it willl help

If it's shaded, it still could be Crypt wendtii.
The other two pictures are Hygrophila corymbosa ''angustifolia''

question, this plant is like 6 inches out of the water now, it grows by the mile! what could i do so that the leaves stay green and don't die out of the water?

i found the species, i compared to many online places and is defenitly Crypt Ciliata, unfortunately it will grow up to almost 30 inches...
