Thanks for all the input, I got some commercial grade wire shelving today at home depot. 600lbs per shelf. The wire is thicker then the usual wire shelves. They still flex, I stood on the bottom and had my wife lie across another. Pretty sturdy, but I would put anything to large on them.

I was pretty surprised when assembling them that they are held with a little plastic tapered clip that fits into a grove. We'll see how they work

I've got one of those too - had a 29G and a 20Long on it - no problems.

We should probably just go with a group buy of pallet rack. :mrgreen: It's the shelving all the big box stores use; 1,000 - 2,500 lbs. per shelf.
