I just happened to be rummaging thru Petco last night, and on a corner rack they had prepackaged plants for sale growing in little containers, in a gel. They all were approximately 3 inches tall. They actually looked really healthy. It reminded me of the Tropica article I just read. The only one I recognized was the wisteria. But they did have a bunch. I almost tried a few, but backed down. I didnt catch a price either.

The Petco in my town tends to sell a majority of non-aquatic plants for the aquarium. <img border="0" src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0">

I have seen these plants at the petco around my work. They look really healthy. The only plants that I noticed were various swords. I may give them a try.
