No, supposedly not. The 'Porto Velho' does not have the bullate leaves and is smaller in diameter.

I don't think so. Luis is sending me some of the Porto Vehlo - and that's who
I got the Low Grow from too. I'll have definite proof soon.

It's growing nicely for me too, staying low to the ground, but the leaf shape, coloration, and size is preferable to 'Low Grow' I think. I like it!

I like it too, but it's not fairing well in my Crypts / Swords tank. I think it needs a little potassium.

Dave has definitely had to add K for 'Low Grow' to be happy. Presumably, that's the same.
