Last I heard, Anubias Design is not an AquaFest vendor. I don't know whether or not he's coming to the event.

Ok, great! He must be selling from his hotel room.

So, he's not an official vendor, then? Is there a vendor list, or is there going to be one?

We do not have a vendor room. I'm not aware of anyone on the committee that is tracking vendors nor creating a list. This is not as formal of a convention as AACC. Our speakers, Lucas and Orzo are doing setups in the fish show room. Or, better stated that is what I understand from George.

Anubiasdesign did ask George about a vendor room. George advised that we would not have one; however, he encouraged them to come down and do sales out their room. That appears to be what they are doing. If you recall at AACC they did very well with their sales and practically never made it to their room before they were sold out. If I was in sales I wouldn't miss an opportunity to repeat that success.

This could be easily resolved if someone calls or e-mails them. Especially to check on their willingness to fill a large group order.

I've only attended wargaming conventions in the past, and while they've all had a vendor room, there have always been vendors, who for whatever reason, were not "official". I've always made it a custom to patronize the vendors who paid for space. That's why I asked.

My comment was in no way meant to disparage Anubiasdesign. Apologies if I implied otherwise.

I'm looking forward to the entire weekend. My wife just asks that I don't mortgage the house.

Took the liberty of emailing Mark @ anubiasdesigns and telling him to the list so far. Trying to make sure he brings enough for us. :)
