Any tips on ERIOCAULON CINEREUM?

I have it in my nano and it is not doing so good. Some of the spikes are fine other are pale green and melting.

I'll admit I have not spent much time digging into what this plant needs.

It needs soft water. That's the number one component. A KH of 3 degrees or less is ideal.

I'll do a KH test tomorrow. How do I soften? I have not done much to alter basic parameters.

Adding RO, distilled, or dehumidifier water will soften your water.

Cheers.
