Sediment in Fertilizer

Post by jcali10 »

Using the PPS PRO calculator for 1000 ml of solution, I have been getting sediment in my mixes of NPK and Mg. I think it's probably just inert materials, but I'm not sure, so I was wondering if anyone had any other thoughts about it.

K2SO4 59 g
KNO3 65 g
KH2PO4 6 g
MgSO4 41 g

I get it too, I believe that it's mostly impurities in the ferts. I leave it, and just clean it out between mixes.

I'm inclined to agree with you. I don't know why the littlest things bother me sometimes.

I get it as well, I think K2SO4 is the main culprit.

I get it too. I thought it may have been due to something in the tap water so I tried distilled water but that didn't help much. Still get it.
