I set up my new semi-automated water change system last night. In less than 10 minutes (without getting wet) I did a 30% water change. Yipee!

Sweet! I hope you can still get that C02 tank out for refills.
Sincerely,

It is NP to move the lines to get the CO2 tank out. I did another quickie water change last night just for kicks (I know, I get cheap thrills). :)

I've been getting ready to drill through the wall and Boom, I have had a massive algae attack, blue green/cyanobacteria, BBA, and some other thread types all at once. So now I'm thinking I need to put my UV sterilizer back in the line, I've gone without it for years but this outbreak has me questioning my choices.
Sincerely,
Tim

Since I've had my sterilizer in I haven't had any ick outbreaks or out-of-control algae problems (knock on wood). Good luck getting your alage under control.

I looked last night, the bulb is $36 and the transformer is $62, but I'll have to work it in.
Sincerely,
Tim
